Suggest a better description1. Mix together 1/2 vegetable stock (cold), soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Pour into flour. Combined with wooden spoon.
2. Knead for 3 minutes until it is an elastic dough. Divide into 4 equal pieces and knead in hand just to stretch them out.
3. Bring stock pot with 1/4 cup soy sauce, 4 cups water and 4 cups vegetable stock into boil, lower into a simmer, add gluten pieces and simmer for 45 minutes.
