Meghan loved this so much, she named it bc she said we could sell it for $20.00. Don't let the blue cheese throw you off. Meghan doesn't even like blue cheese dressing and she named this. You will absolutley love, not only how good it is, but how easy it is to make. You could very easily cut the bagles into small pieces and serve as an appetizer.
*Do not substitute brands on anything--ESPECIALLY Delallo Brand Bruschetta. I have tried it with other brands and is not even close to good. You can use round bagels but use Thompsons.
Toast each bagel--you will have 4 halves.
Spread 1 T. of blue cheese dressing onto each half f the bagle.
With a slotted spoon, spoon onto each bagel, a 2 T. combination of Bruschett. For example, 1T olive and 1T of artichoke--my favorite combination.
They are served open faced. Serve with fork and knife. You would pay $20 for it!
