white fish with green beans
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, 2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Place fish in a shallow nonstick or foil lined baking pan and pour lime mixture over top, turning filets to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the top of the fish and bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Meanwhile, heat remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large non stick skillet on medium. Add remaking 4 teaspoons ginger and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add broth, beans, salt, pepper, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until beans are bright green and tender crisp. Remove from heat,
Add remaining 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and toss to coat.
4. Use spatula lift fish from pan and serve with green beans.
