1. Soften cream cheese
2. Add sour cream, mayo and spices and mix well
3. Add remaining ingredients, saving 1/2 cup of cheeses for topping
4. Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese
5. Bake at 350 until golden brown (30 min).
6. Serve warm with pita bread and fresh celery
