Suggest a better descriptionCook ground meat in broth and wine until tender and juices have evaporated. Place in bottom of individual dishes. Next, layer with Veg-All. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then broil for the last 3 to 5 minutes to get a nice brown color on potatoes.
