clean chicken, no fat what soever. lightly sprinkle the salt and garlic on to chicken breast. place on baking sheet and cook for 15 mins on 400 degrees. let cool and then peal chicken apart into strips. place in a bowl and add lime juice, cilantro, sautéed mushrooms. mix well. Place inside each half of cleaned red bell pepper. grapes and tortilla on side.
