Have all the other ingredients ready to go for when its... Showtime: Heat the butter and oil, and sautee the garlic for about 3 minutes in a large skillet or wok. Toss in the shrimp, and cook until pink. Throw in the pasta, clam juice, lemon, tomatos, parsley, and stir until heated throughout. Salt and pepper to taste, serve with a light salad and wonderful bread, and call it dinner. This is great for an intimate dinner because youre only in the kitchen for 10 minutes!
