Traditional Chamorro dish
Mix the first two ingredients with a wisk until eggs are thoroughly mixed. Add vegetables, raw shrimp, garlic, salt and pepper and mix again. Add baking powder and flour thoroughly. Using a tablespoon, scoop a heap full of the mixture and drop into a deep fryer. Fry until golden brown, pull from the oil and serve after a few minutes of cooling.
