Shrimp Scampi over Noodles
1. Melt butter and oil together in sauté pan.
2. Add garlic, sauté for 1 minute then add shrimp
3. Sauté for 1 minute. Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper
4. Sauté quickly while sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink.
5. Do not over cook. Sprinkle with parsley.
6. Serve over noodles or rice.
After sautéing shrimp in butter and oil dish onto aluminum foil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and drizzle melted butter on them. Place in 450 oven for 5 to 8 minutes. Take out and add shrimp back to sauce. Serve with more parmesan Cheese.
