Easy to make, delicious marinade for shrimp and fish (specifically Tilapia).
In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil and stir in spices. Mix well until the spices start to dissolve. Add honey and dijon mustard to the olive oil mixture, and stir well until blended. Dice up garlic, cilantro, and jalapeƱos and place them in a gallon size ziplock bag. Add shrimp to the ziplock bag (make sure the shrimp has been deveined and the tails have been removed). Pour olive oil mixture into the ziplock bag and securely seal the bag closed (remove as much air as possible). Mix the contents in the bag while sealed, so everything blends together, and then place in the fridge for 3-4 hours (or longer) to marinade.
SautƩing the shrimp in a pan keeps the flavor in the marinade better than grilling. Both are delicious, but a lot of the flavor is lost on the grill.
