Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, combine garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice. Toss in shrimp to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, sauté shrimp in olive oil until cooked through (about 5minutes). In a bowl, combine avocado, blueberries, cilantro, and remaining lime juice. Season with salt an pepper to taste. Spread Greek yogurt on each of the of the tortillas. Divide shrimp and blueberry salsa between tortillas.
Optional: serve with cucumber salad- 1 cup chopped cucumber tossed with olive oil, lime juice and chili powder.
