Mix All of the ground almonds and powdered sugar.
Add the egg white and honey. Thoroughly mix together. Add the lemon zest. Roll into a ball. Put powdered sugar on your cutting board. Roll the ball into a sausage (log). Cut into 15 portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Flatten, roll in powdered sugar and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 350F for 6 minutes and 300F for 12 minutes.
