Suggest a better description1. Preheat the broiler. Spray a jelly-roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place the red bell peppers and onion on the prepared pan. Drizzle with the vinegar and oil, and toss to coat. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat, stirring several times, for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred. Set aside and cover loosely to keep warm. Keep the broiler on.
3. Meanwhile, in a food processor, coarsely grind the turkey breast. Add the egg, parsley, bread crumbs, garlic, fennel, salt and red pepper flakes. Process briefly just to combine. Shape the mixture into 4 thin oblong patties and place on a broiler pan.
4. Broil the turkey patties 4-5 inches from the heat, without turning, for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Top evenly with the cheese and broil for about 30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted.
5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl or cup, blend the Miracle Whip with the basil, oregano, and thyme. Brush the rolls with the seasoned mix and lightly toast the rolls.
6. Place a patty on one half of a roll; top with some of the peppers and the rest of the roll.
