Family Recipe
1. Place maseca in large bowl, add hot water
2. Melt hot lard, add to maseca, use gloves
3. Mix thoroughly till dough is soft and manageable
4. Add salt and chili powder
5. Clean corn husk and have in hot water (husk, spread dough, add meat, tri-fold)
6. Freeze or refridgerate immediately
7. Cook in deep pan with steamer and water
8. Cook and boil for 20 minutes then medium heat for 1 hour
