Suggest a better descriptioncut the bacon in pieces. Slowly fry it until crispy. Set aside for a different dish. Chop dill and season the lamb chops to taste with fresh pepper, sea salt and fresh dill. Turn pan with bacon fat onto mid high and seat the lamb chops until almost crisp on the outsides. Turn down temp. Cook until desired wellness. I suggest mid rare. Or about 3 min per side.
