A great way to poach multiple eggs.
Bring 6 - 12 Cups water to boil
Crack eggs into smooth colander and let sit for 30sec, transfer to measuring cup
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt per 6 cups of boiling water
Just above the water's surface add one egg at a time, cover pot and remove from heat.
Cook 3 1/2 minutes, check every 30 sec if not set.
Drain with slotted spoon and season with salt and pepper
