This is a simple and tasty Spanish rice that makes a great side on taco night,!
Place butter in Rice Cooker. Turn cooker on to "Rice Cooking." When butter has melted, add rice, minced onion and cumin. Saute for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add water and salsa, then reset cooker to "Rice Cooking." When machine has finished cooking, fluff rice, taste, and add garlic salt if necessary, beginning with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
