This is a simple Mexican dish.
PREP TIME: 25 min BAKE TIME: 45-50 min
Preheat oven to 375? F.
In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain off grease. Add taco seasoning and green chiles; mix well. Place all in a 10 inch pie plate.
In another medium bowl, combine Bisquick, eggs and milk; mix well and pour over the pie pan mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve with any of the following toppings: shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, onions and sour cream.
