Suggest a better descriptionPrepare a hot barbecue or heat a cast-iron fajita pan on the hob until very hot. Brush the mushrooms, onion slices and red pepper with vegetable oil and season to taste. Grill the onion and pepper for 5-7 minutes per side or until charred and softened. Grill the mushrooms for 1 1/2-2 minutes per side or until you have good grill marks. Slice mushrooms on the diagonal and serve with grilled veges, flour tortillas, guacamole and pico de gallo.
