Suggest a better descriptionIn large bowl, combine ingredients ground beef through mustard. Add 1 tablespoon of the ketchup and knead until well combined. Form into 8 patties.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add patties and cook, flipping every 4 minutes, and reducing heat as necessary, until patties reach a safe internal temperature of 160 F, about 10 minutes per side. Remove from pan to plate, tent with foil.
Return skillet to medium heat. Add brown sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup. Cook until bubbling and sugar is dissolved, 1-2 minutes. Spread glaze over top of patties and serve.
