1. Pour a layer of salt onto a small plate
2. Slice off a piece of lime and wet the edge of the rim of the glass
3. Dip the top of the glass into the salt and salt the rim
4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
5. Add the tequila, lime juice, orange juice and agave nectar
6. Shake for 30 seconds
7. Strain into the glass and garnish with slice of lime
