In a large skillet cook beef, onions, and peppers until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve on buns.
