I make this for thanksgiving and love that I can do it in the slow cooker since my oven is full; however, I've also made it other times and cooked it about 350-375 for about 30 mins in a greased casserole dish - you just have to watch it and it will gel up and start to brown on the top in the oven when done.
Grease crock pot, mix all ingredients in bowl then add to the crockpot.
Cook on high for 2 ½ - 3 hours or until mixture is set.
(I double this for my crockpot and cook about 3 hours)
