Pork chops with cranberry sauce
Place onion soup mix in the bottom of a crockpot.
Place pork chops in the crockpot, and top with cranberry sauce.
Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low.
Remove pork chops, and set aside.
Set crock pot to High.
Whisk together butter and flour, and slowly mix into the liquid remaining in the crock pot to create a thick gravy.
Serve with the pork chops or roast.
