Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 170. Place all ingredients except molasses into a baking dish. Cover and bake for 3 hours, turning the lamb half way through. Uncover and cook meat side up for a further 30 mins.
2. Remove the bone and transfer the lamb to a serving dish. Spoon over the pan juices and drizzle with molasses.
