Suggest a better descriptionIn a slowcooker, whisk together tomato paste and paprika, whisk in broth. Toss beef with flour, salt and pepper, add to pot along with carrots, onion, and garlic. Cook 8 hours on low. 15 min. before serving, place couscous and salt in a bowl, pour 2/3 cup boiling water on top. Cover, let sit 10 min. then fluff couscous. Ladle soup into bowls. Spoon couscous over top.
