Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire, hot sauce, lime juice and dry seasonings in the bowl of a food processor. Add onions, celery, and parsley and blend until mixed thoroughly. Add smoke fish, and pulse until desired consistency is achieved. Serve as a spread with flat bread crackers and sliced fresh jalapeno peppers.
