Recipe for smoked ribs on the Traeger.
Preheat the smoker to 225 degF
Sprinkle the rub on the ribs rubbing it on both sides.
Place the ribs bone side down on the grill.
Smoke for 2 1/2 hours.
Lay out a sheet of foil big enough to wrap the rack.
sprinkle rib rub, top with 4 - 5 TBSPs of butter, drizzle with honey.
Bring the ribs in from the smoker.
Lay the ribs meat side down on the rub mixture.
Wrap tight and bring back to the smoker for another 2 1/2 hours.
Once done bring the ribs in. Open up the foil and let them rest for 30 minutes.
