Quick and easy meatloaf with some additional toppings.
Preheat oven to 350
I soaked my steak in milk for about 4 hours before hand, just a personal preference.
Once done soaking place steaks in a blender until it looks ground up.
Then take out of blender and mix with the Kraft smokey mesquite BBQ recipe package until well combined.
Next take mixture and put into a meatloaf pan.
Top with BBQ sauce I used smokey jalapeƱo but you can use whatever kind you like. I didn't really measure just use a generous amount enough to cover the surface.
Then top with cheese I used a spicy cheese i used about a half a cup.
Next I had a about 2 pieces of leftover bacon crumbled up and sprinkled on top along with a couple crimini mushrooms sliced up.
Bake for 30 min.
This is my first recipe I've ever posted so if the directions seem a little here and there you can understand why! :)
