Suggest a better descriptionSift together dry ingredients. Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Chill 1 to 2 hours.
Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll them in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown and still soft. They puff up but flatten out with crinkled tops.
Cool on a rack.
