In a large pan, start by heating the oil, and mixing in the garlic cloves cut into small pieces together with the cayenne pepper. Cook garlic until starts to become golden, and immediately add the chicken pieces. Shortly after add the mushrooms followed by the wine. Cover the pan and cook gently until both chicken is cooked and mushrooms soften. Once cooked, remove the juice and put aside. Add the pesto to the pan and mix well with the heat turned off.
Boil half a liter of water, and boil the soba noodles, until slightly soft , but not completely cooked. Drain the water, and continue cooking the noodles in the juice set aside earlier.
Once the noodles are cooked, mix together with the rest of the ingredients and ENJOY.
Don't burn the garlic, or overcook the noodles. Gently cook noodles allowing them to absorb the set aside juices.
