Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs and vanilla, until combined. In another large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing it in after each addition of flour until a soft dough forms. Spoon half of the batter into the GREASE 9X13 inch baking pan and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon sugar. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely, about 1 hour. Mix glaze ingredients together. Drizzle over warm snickerdoodle bars, and cut.
