Suggest a better description1. Start heating the chicken broth and one can of green chiles in a medium sized saucepan.
2. Chop up the breasts from the rotisserie chicken into bite-size pieces and add them to the broth. Leave the thighs, legs, and wings for another meal.
3. In a food processor, combine 4 of the scallions, half of the cilantro, and the garlic salt, then pulse until well chopped and blended.
4. Add one of the avocados and one can of green chiles, and pulse until well blended.
5. Coarsely chop the remaining avocado and add it to the food processor. Pulse a couple of times to simply mix it all together, while retaining large chunks of the second avocado.
5. Chop the remaining 2 scallions and cilantro, and add to the broth, cooking for a couple of minutes.
6. Spoon the avocado mixture into bowls, then ladle the chicken and broth mixture over it and serve with cheese, tortilla chips, and more cilantro.
