Try this Sort of German Potato Salad recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better descriptionPeel, quarter and cook potatoes in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, in serving bowl place chopped green pepper, onion and chopped eggs. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Crumble. To 3 T. of bacon fat in pan, add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Boil just before serving. To bowl, add sliced potatoes. Pour on cooked dressing.
