Suggest a better descriptionPlace butter and chocolate in small saucepan and melt over low heat for 3-4 min. Stir mixture until chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool slightly, then stir in sour cream. Transfer mixture into large bowl. Add half of sugar and 1 T. hot water while beating on low speed. Add remaining sugar and water and continue beating until frosting has a spreadable consistency without lumps. Stop mixer, add vanilla, and blend for 30 sec. Use at once on cake of your choice.
