1. Cook raisins 10 mins - drain and cool.
2. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add oatmeal, soda and flour.
3. Pat 1/2 mixture into 9x13 pan and bake 7 mins at 350.°
Filling
1. Combine egg yolks and sour cream in saucepan.
2. Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add to sour cream mixture.
3. Cook, stirring constantly till very thick and boils. Be sure not to undercook.
4. Add raisins and vanilla. Pour over crust and top with rest of crumbs.
5. Bake 30 mins more.
