Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put two tablespoons of graham cracker crust in each mason jar. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes. Take the blocks of cream cheese out of their boxes and let them warm on the counter. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a bow and mix. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix in the eggs and yolk one at a time. Pour the batter in to the mason jars. Immerse the jars in a water bath at 176 degrees for 2 hours. Remove the jars and cool to room temperature with the lids off before placing in the refrigerator.
