Mix all ingredients except oil
heat oil in med frying pan till hot
spoon mixture into pan 30 second then turn over and mash like burger.
Cook on both sides till golden...about 1
1/2 min on each side
Generally served with biscuits and white gravy...and cantaloupe on the side.
