These sweet potatoes are a family favorite. They are quick and easy to make.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into cubed slices.
Place potatoes into a 1/4 cup of water
Bring to Boil
Add Sugar
Add Butter
Add Nutmeg
Add Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Bring to a second boil
Lower heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
