A jar of picante sauce makes and easy, yet flavour packed sauce in this easy one-disk meal.
Cook pasta, drain and rinse with warm water. Drain again. Meanwhile, trim fat from steak, cut into thin, bite size strips.
Add cooking oil to wok or large sized skillet. Preheat over med-high heat (add more oil if necessary while cooking). Stir-fry chilli-pepper and garlic in hot oil for 15 seconds (don't burn garlic). Add onion, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sweet pepper, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender. Remove from wok/skillet.
Add meat to wok/skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until meat is slightly pink in centre. Return veggies to wok/skillet. Stir in corn and picante sauce. Add the cooked pasta. Toss all ingredients together to coat with sauce. Cook and stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
Garnish with Cilantro if desired.
