Suggest a better descriptionAssemble up to 24 hours before baking. Allow 10 extra minutes if it is going straight from refrigerator to oven. In greased 9x13-inch casserole dish layer 1 can chilies, 1/2 of the tortillas, 1/2 of the sausage, and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers. Beat together the eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over layered ingredients. Arrange tomatoes on top. Bake at 350 deg F for approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour or until firm in the center. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
