Suggest a better descriptionPlace pork in a large resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, in a small bowl, combine soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic powder. Pour marinade over pork. Seal bag; turn to coat pork. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
To toast sesame seeds, spread them in a single layer in a shallow baking pan and bake in a 350F oven about 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Watch carefully and stir once or twice so they don't burn.
Preheat oven to 425F. Drain pork, dicarding marinade. Place pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until done (160F). Sprinkle sesame seeds on a piece of foil; carefully roll pork in sesame seeds.
