In cast iron skillets slowly cook chorizo for 10 minutes, breaking apart until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat if necessary.
Pour egg mixture over the chorizo and scramble until fully cooked.
Warm flour tortillas.
Place a scoop of chorizo and eggs mixture in the center of the burrito.
Fold short sides of tortilla in, the the bottom flap, and roll up tortilla.
Keep warm until ready to serve.
