Try this soya panna cotta(vegan/lactose free dessert) recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description1. Heat the soya cream in a saucepan on a medium heat and add the sugar, stirring until it has dissolved. Add the drop of vanilla extract.
2. Bring the cream to the boil and add the agar agar powder, whisk rapidly for three minutes with a whisk.
3. Remove from the heat and pour into a measuring jug then pour into a ramekin or glass. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
**If making for a lactose free but someone that will eat meat, you can make the above with a gelatine leaf. Follow the regular panna cotta recipe but just add soya cream in place of cream.
