Suggest a better descriptionThis is a recipe for spagetti sauce that was given to me by my Italian neighbor over 40 years ago. It is wonderful. Brown onion in small amt. of olive oil. Add ground beef. Cook until it loses its color only. Add other ingredients. Cook to boiling. Beat with a rotary beater, turn to low and cook uncovered 4 to 6 hours. Beat with beater several times during the cooking. Serve over cooked spaghetti. This was a recipe her mother had brought from Italy when she came over as a young girl over 100 years ago.
