Suggest a better descriptioncut bacon in small pieces and brown (partially freeze - makes slicing easier) in large frying pan. remove and keep warm. brown onions in fat. add tomato puree, cooked bacon and cayenne pepper. simmer for 5 minutes. (longer means stronger heat). add salt and olive oil. turn off heat and cover.
boil pasta per instructions. strain.
toss pasta with sauce mixture, and Parmesan cheese.
