Ingredients
1 pound Spaghetti
1 cup (2 oz.) Parmesan grated
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup Pecorino Romano grated
Instructions
Warm a serving bowl. Cook spaghetti and place in bowl. Immediately add half the parmesan and toss. Add butter and toss. Add the rest of the parmesan, the cream, and salt and pepper. Toss six to eight times. Sprinkle pecorino romano on top. Serve.
