Simmer the Sauce:
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
Combine with Spaghetti:
- Once the sauce has thickened, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss the spaghetti in the sauce until it's well coated.
Serve:
- Serve the spaghetti on plates or in bowls. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
