A pretty twist on the regular taco
In a large skillet, saute spam until lightly browned. Add the black beans and corn and heat until warmed through.
Fill the warm taco shells with spam mixture.
Top tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
Have some tortilla chips and make some refried beans to go with.
