Turn up the Flavor
1. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to medium or prepare medium fire.
2. To make glaze, stir together ketchup, vinegar, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar in small bowl. To make spice rub, mix together paprika, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar in another small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over chicken.
3. Place chicken on grill rack and grill 3 minutes per side. Turn chicken over and brush with half of glaze; grill 2 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining glaze; grill until instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of chicken registers 165 degrees F, about 2 minutes longer.
